We love keto at Fitfood, and our chefs have been working hard to launch an all-new ketogenic menu with new ingredients, new flavours, and better-than-ever nutrient profiles.

Keto is all about cutting out the carbs and loading up on fats and proteins. This makes for delicious dishes that, when consumed correctly, allow your body to induce a state of ketosis and burn fat.

The all-new Fitfood keto menu:

Smoked Beef Brisket

Slow-cooked for five hours for tender, succulent beef that falls apart in your mouth, served with cumin pickled onions and spiced almonds for a bit of zing, and lightly creamed cabbage.

Poached Chicken with a Braised Fennel Salad

Poached in flavourful bone broth, this chicken tastes amazing with a salad made from aromatic braised fennel, spiced walnuts and herbs. Topped off with keto-friendly avocado ranch salad dressing.

Garlic and Herb Chicken Thigh with Harissa Roasted Carrots

Harissa, a Tunisian red pepper spice, is all the rage in culinary circles for the flavour explosion it brings to any dish. We roast chicken and carrots in harissa and serve with fresh cucumber and halloumi.

Oven Baked Tofu with Cauliflower Rice

Tofu baked with ginger for spice, sesame oil for a nutty smooth flavour, and miso to add that umami ‘something extra’. Served with cauliflower rice, edamame beans, goji berries and baby spinach.

Lamb and Eggplant Mousakka

Middle Eastern deliciousness! Mousakka is a dish made with eggplant and ground meat that’s popular from the Balkans to the Arabian Peninsula and beyond. Ours is topped with coconut and cauliflower purée and served with fresh Greek salad.

Bacon, Mushroom and Spinach Frittata

Heavy on the eggs with plenty of bacon, mushrooms, cheese and leafy spinach baked in, this frittata is perfectly rounded off with a fresh tomato and feta salad.

Za’atar Spiced Salmon, Fish and Cauliflower Pie

Za’atar herbs are the hero flavour of this dish, perfectly complementing the Atlantic salmon and white fish that come together with the creamy white sauce for a home-style pie your Mum would be jealous of.
