We all know the feeling. Midway through the afternoon you start feeling sluggish and sleepy - but there’s still work to do. So how do you keep up your energy levels so you can stay productive?
It turns out there are lots of simple things you can do to make sure you sail through the afternoon feeling good.

  1. Have a good breakfast.

  2. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

  4. Move around.
