Low Carb, Lifestyle, or Gluten Friendly: What’s the right Fitfood meal plan for you?

Posted by Jason & Karen Olliver on

All Fitfood meals come fresh, not frozen, chef-made, portion controlled and nutritionally balanced. There are a range of different menus, and you can pick and choose your favourite meals or stick to a menu that’s specific for your goals. Last week we talked through family meals, the weight management menu, the keto menu and our vegetarian and vegan menus. Here are some details on the Low Carb, Lifestyle, Indian Lifestyle and Gluten Friendly menus, so you can choose a plan that suits your lifestyle.

Low Carb

If you’re specifically following a low carb diet, then this is the plan for you. Each of these meals features less than 30 grams of carbohydrate, and they’re nutritionally balanced, so you can be sure you’re getting all nutrients you need. Low carb similar to the Keto Menu, but it includes a few more meal choices.

These lunch and dinner meals are some of our most popular dishes. They’re Kiwi favourites made with healthy ingredients and proper nutrition in mind, portioned for healthy eating, and completely convenient. Like all of our meals, they come fresh, not frozen, ready to heat and eat.

Indian Lifestyle

These convenient meals feature some of our absolute favourite Indian cuisine dishes, with bold, beautiful flavours and made with health in mind. They’re made with whole foods and use brain-boosting spices; good for the body and the mind.

Gluten Friendly

Fitfood’s speciality range of Gluten Friendly meals are made without gluten and don’t compromise on taste or health. They’re healthy, portion controlled and nutritionally balanced, and feature some classic flavours. They are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, and although we do our utmost to ensure no contamination, traces of gluten could still be present.
